We prepare the content of this website with care but cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete and up to date. Linked external sites are the sole responsibility of their operators. AI answers quoted in our reports come from third-party systems and do not represent our opinion.
Privacy policy
Controller
The controller is Francesco Sala, TrickBiz, Zurich, Switzerland, hello@trickbiz.com. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) is stored in server log files to keep the site running and secure. We use no cookies, no tracking and no analytics.
Fonts
We load fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). Your IP address is therefore sent to Google, possibly also to the USA.
Contact by email
When you write to us, we process your details (name, email, content) to answer and to handle orders. Our email is stored with Infomaniak in Switzerland.
Analyses and reports
For our analyses we ask AI systems (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, xAI, Meta) questions about businesses, sectors and places. We use public business information such as name, location and website, not personal data of our clients. These providers may be based in the USA.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.). Your payment details go directly to Stripe; we only see name, email and amount.
Business outreach
We occasionally contact businesses through publicly listed business contact addresses to offer a free AI check. If you do not want further messages, a short reply is enough and we remove your address from our lists.
Retention
We keep data only as long as the purpose requires or the law demands (e.g. accounting records for 10 years).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data and object to processing at any time by writing to hello@trickbiz.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a supervisory authority in the EU.
